Because these birds are raised on pasture with sunshine and fresh grass, they don’t need any vaccines or medications so we will never administer them.
Pasture raised chicken is good for the land, the animal and the consumer. We all benefit from this type of regenerative agriculture.
We aim for them to grow to a weight around 4-5lbs. dressed but since they grow naturally and not in a confinement house, their weight varies.
You have two pick up options:
1) Fresh, not frozen. Pick up will be the day after butcher.
2) Frozen. Pick up will be a week after butcher.
